TARA ANDERSON, Senior Medical Assistant

Tara was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where as a toddler she became fluent in American Sign Language, due to both parents being deaf. After losing her father to cancer right at her high school graduation in 2007, she decided to take interest in the health care field and enrolled in Sanford Brown College to take up Medical Assisting. Tara graduated from Sanford Brown College in 2009, and go her first job as a M.A. when she started working for North Atlanta Internal Medicine, LLC in August of 2012.

Tara is the proud parent to her handsome son, Kani. She enjoys spending time with her son at the park, shopping, and going on road trips with family and friends.

JAZZMINE (NICOLE) WASHINGTON, Medical Assistant

Ms. Washington was born in Chicago and moved to Atlanta in 1990. She graduated from the Medical Assistant program at Sanford Brown College in the Summer of 2009. She started with North Atlanta Internal Medicine, LLC in February 2013. Nicole is the oldest of three siblings. She is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter named Jaz’Nique. Other than spending time with her daughter, she enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her family and friends.

MANDY THACH, Medical Assistant

Ms. Thach was born in Atlanta. She is a twin and is the youngest of three siblings. Mandy is Korean, Cambodian, Vietnamese, and American and is fluent in three languages. Her hobbies include doing nails, shopping, travelling, and volunteering. She attended Gordon College with a major in Business Management, but during her freshman year, her grandmother died from liver cancer, so she decided to change career paths. She enrolled in the Medical Assistant program at Sanford Brown College and graduated in 2009. She started working at North Atlanta Internal Medicine, LLC in March 2013.

TAMEKA HARVEY, Medical Assistant/Medical Records Specialist

Ms. Harvey is a native Atlantan. She is the oldest of four siblings. She is married and the proud mother of 3 children: Jeremiah, Isaiah, and London. She graduated from the Medical Assistant program at Everest College in February 2013. She started with North Atlanta Internal Medicine, LLC in March 2013.
